The remote configuration matters
Hi-Tide compatibility is specific to the remote and operating mode. The current continuous-control implementation exposes up and down behavior with a configured transmit duration. Do not assume that a separate stop button, light control, or automatic positioning is included.
A gateway alongside the controller
AirRemote communicates through supported remote-control behavior; it is not a replacement lift motor controller. A suitable gateway must have the hardware required for the Hi-Tide integration and reliable Wi-Fi access. Brand compatibility does not establish that an arbitrary AirRemote prototype or gateway configuration has the necessary radio hardware.
Plan a supervised setup
Identify the remote and lift controller, confirm support, and use the Hi-Tide learning flow for the supported configuration. Review the available commands and transmit duration before testing with a clear view of the lift. Follow the manufacturer’s operating requirements throughout setup and use.
Request a model review
Include the remote model, controller model if available, and a description of normal button operation in your preorder request. Pricing and shipping timing are still unannounced. Support can help establish whether the planned integration matches your equipment before you decide to order.
Frequently asked questions
Can AirRemote report my exact lift height?
No physical lift-height or position sensing is established for this integration. An online gateway or recorded command does not confirm where the lift is.
